Retreat Offerings

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga (2 sessions): These sessions focus on relieving fatigue and muscle soreness in the back, neck, hips, and hamstrings. 
Vibrational Restorative Yoga with Singing Bowls (1 session): This session combines restorative poses with therapeutic vibrations and sounds to alleviate stiffness and promote energy flow.

Pranayama Practices (2 sessions):

Helps recover breathing patterns and energy flow disrupted by high-altitude trekking.

Sound Bath (1 session):

Reduces stress, soothes the nervous system, and enhances mental clarity. Meditation and Energy Work (3 sessions): Guides trekkers through mindfulness to mentally process their journey and ease back into everyday life. Nepali Traditional Massage (1 session): Designed for trekkers to achieve tranquility after their adventures. Manicure and Pedicure (1 time): Pamper your hands and feet after days of trekking. Reiki healing (1 session)- For Advance energy management technique Community Activities (1 session): Evening story-sharing sessions after dinner.
