Retreat Schedule

Arrival & Deep Relaxation

Morning Session:

Welcome & Orientation : Introduction to the retreat, meet your instructors, and set personal intentions.

Gentle Yoga & Stretching  : Prepare your body for deep meditation with mindful movement.

Guided Meditation (Mindfulness & Body Scan) : Learn to release tension and enter a state of deep relaxation.

Afternoon Session:

Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) :  Practice Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Kapalbhati (skull-shining breath) to cleanse energy channels.

Walking Meditation in Nature  :  Experience mindfulness while surrounded by Nepal’s peaceful landscapes.

Silent Reflection & Journaling :  Process insights and emotions in a guided self-reflection session.

Evening Session:

Mantra Meditation & Sound Healing :  Use sacred chants (like "Om") and Tibetan singing bowls for vibrational healing.

Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep) :  A powerful guided relaxation technique for deep rest and subconscious healing.

Day 2: Deepening Practice & Integration

Morning Session:

Sunrise Meditation : Start the day with Vipassana (insight meditation) to enhance awareness.
